Bison Iron Workout Days
Bison Iron training is continuing throughout the summer. The coaches have set up a great program of strength and conditioning for JH and HS athletes. Workout days are Monday through Thursday, with Friday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Listed below is the schedule.
HS Football - 8am-9:15am
JH Football - 9:30am-10:15am
JH & HS Girls' Basketball - 10:30am-11:15am
There will be a second session option at 6pm.
