Graduation Day for 21 Geary High School Seniors
Commencement exercises were held Saturday, May 18, at 10:00 a.m. in the Stegall-Long Field House. Valedictorian for the Class of 2019 is Julissa Martinez and salutatorian is Samantha Paukei. Members of the Class of 2019 are: Angelene Bates, Jaycie Bates, Aliyah Bidwell, Darian Birdshead, Oscar Birdshead, Jr., Brandy Buchanan, Logan Buchanan, Marco Buchanan, John Coppage, Angel Espinoza, Tristen Holt, Kevin Johnston, Patrick Leflore, Jr., Jacee Lewis, Dayna Lime, Christian Martinez, Julissa Martinez, Chase Merkey, Cassidy Moore, Logan Owings, and Samantha Paukei. Class sponsors are Amie Shackleford and Matt Kennedy. Serving as Junior Marshalls were Jose Briseno, Katie Baker, Max Glasgow, and Gabe Kiener.
