Hello! I'm Barbara Maib, an assistant library teacher at Geary Elementary. I began my career in 2005, teaching fifth grade here at Geary. Since then I have also taught Pre-K, Kindergarten, and 1st grade.I transferred to the library this year to support students as they become increasingly developed readers and writers. I live just outside of Geary with my husband, Jeff Maib, who teaches Middle School and high school Math at Geary. We have 4 grown children, all of whom graduated from Geary High School, and nearly three grandchildren! I enjoy Teaching and I look forward to serving students and staff from a new position on the  Geary Bison Team!
