Junior Picked as Finalist for Youth Tour Contest
Josiah Marshall was selected as one of eight finalists in the Cimarron Electric Cooperative's Youth Tour Contest. The contest is open to 11th graders in Cimarron Electric Cooperative's service area. Students were judged based on a written test over materials about rural electrification that were furnished by the cooperative. Eighty-seven entries were received in this year's contest. Josiah and other finalists attended a banquet March 22nd at which time the four winners were announced. Unfortunately, Josiah wasn't among the four winners picked for the all-expenses paid trip to Washington, D.C., but he and all the finalists received a $100 cash prize. Congratulations Josiah on your selection as a finalist.
